10 Reasons Why I Didn't Post

Then I put it off. And then I put it off some more. And then some more. Until it became three weeks and here I am. So finally, here’s a post on why I did not post! Block – Writer’s, thinker’s, dreamer’s, contemplator’s, observer’s. Every possible kind. I would think of something – a particular topic and yet nothing-worth-putting-into-words would come to mind! My first cousin’s husband turned out to be my really good friend’s wife’s cousin. A lady I met at a friend’s place turned out to be my ex-manager’s wife. This same ex-manager turned out to be my current colleague’s volleyball team-mate. A good friend from Junior College turned out to be my Mom’s distant relation’s son. My roomate’s husband and a friend of both me and my roommate, turned out to be related. This friend’s wife turned out to be my friend’s relative. One balmy Wednesday evening Queenstown, Singapore “ So, should I tell my folks to go ahead and talk to your parents about fixing a date? ” Viren asked Sia. Sia demurely nodded. She had been talking to Viren on and off for the past three months. Viren’s parents had approached Sia’s with the proposal and it was now up to them to either take it forward or call it off.
